Plans & Validity

Users can purchase the subscription plans during/after the trial period(30 days) is over. They can purchase any plans like Essential, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Based on their need, they can choose their plans wisely. Each plan has its own criteria. Users who access the services are bound to these criteria.

If You do not wish to use the changed Service, You may terminate Your use of the Service and this Agreement effective as of the date on which such changes to the Service would take effect by informing QMarket of the termination prior to such date.

There are two ways in subscription plans. They are:

  • Upgrade
  • Downgrade
Case 1: Upgrade

Suppose the users have to wish to upgrade the plan (lower to higher), they have an option for the instant switch-over and they have to pay the remaining amount from the credit note. Let's know from this example:

Eg: The user purchased Plan “ Essential ” worth 59 USD. Users utilized plan “Essential" for 15 days. After that, they decided to move to Plan “Business” worth 179 USD. So, they have to only pay 89.5 USD for going to utilize Plan “Business” for 15 days.

The overall amount to be paid for plan “Business” is = (15 Days Plan “Business” Usage Amount 89.5) - (15 Days Plan “Essential” Usage Amount 29.5) = 60 USD.

Case 2: Downgrade

Once users have upgraded their plan from Essential to Professional or some other higher plans, they can downgrade their plan from any higher plan to a Professional plan but not convert to Essential Project.

If the user tries to downgrade the plan from higher to lower then

Eg: The user purchased Plan “Business” with a worth of 179 USD. Users utilized Plan “Business” for 15 days. After that, they decided to move to Plan “Professional” with a worth of 119 USD.

  • In this case, the remaining 15 days' amount {89.5} from the plan “Business” will be added as a credit point.
  • If the user tries to downgrade to Plan “Professional” from Plan “Business,” then the user will only have to pay for 15 days price of Plan “Professional ,” not 30 days.
  • The plan “Professional” amount is 119 USD, then the user has to pay the 59.5 USD which is 15 days price of this plan.
  • Since the user already has 15 days of credit points 89.5 USD from the subscription account “Business” plan so, the user does not have to pay 59.5 USD.
  • Instead, the amount will be deducted from the credit point (89.5 - 59.5 = 30).
  • The remaining 30 USD will be in the credit points, which the user can able to use this amount while he purchases or renewal the current plan.
