QoreUps Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel the plan?
  • Once users subscribe to the QoreUps plan and if they need to cancel the subscription, they can cancel through the subscription page on their marketplace.
  • If users are on a monthly subscription, they should cancel within 3 days of the subscription. After the 3rd day, the subscription amount cannot be refunded.
  • If users are on a yearly subscription, they should cancel within 8 days of the subscription. After the 8th day, the subscription amount cannot be refunded.
How To Claim Refund?
  • Claiming a refund amount before 3 days(monthly plan) or 8 days (yearly plan) is possible through a manual option.
  • Claiming a refund amount beyond 3 days(monthly plan) or 8 days (yearly plan) days is not eligible for a refund. Also, the QoreUps decision is the final one.
  • To claim a refund, users can approach us manually by contacting us.
  • You are only eligible for a refund if you cancel the subscription during a guaranteed period.
  • QoreUps will cancel your subscription upon request, during/within the guaranteed period, and you will be refunded. You are not able to access the marketplace once you get your refund.
  • QoreUps will cancel your subscription upon request, even after the guaranteed period. If you cancel the subscription after the guaranteed period, you cannot get a refund but can still access the marketplace.
  • The refund amount receiving period may vary depending on the payment medium you've used.
